If I had to pick just one favorite food, I'd probably go with Ghorme Sabzi. Seriously, it's the most delicious thing ever.
I like it the classic way, with fluffy rice and a simple Shirazi salad on the side. It's Iranian food, obviously, but not all Ghorme Sabzi is created equal. It's actually really hard to cook a good one. There's so much that can go wrong!
The funny thing is, I have no idea how to cook it myself. I'm pretty hopeless in the kitchen, to be honest. I think cooking, just in general, might be the hardest work in the world for me. I admire people who can throw together a great meal without even thinking about it, because that's definitely not me!
